Applying for Release Partner entry is a request for review, not acceptance, a service agreement, or a payment obligation. James Laurent Engineering may accept, propose a custom scope, waitlist, request file corrections, or decline based on fit, readiness, and real production availability.
Accepted service
Accepted configurations are governed by the signed service agreement and checkout terms supplied after approval. Displayed plans use an initial 90-day term. Billing does not replace the complete service agreement.
Revisions and changes
Standard projects include two consolidated revision rounds, with one organized request per round submitted within 14 days. The optional Open Revision Window runs for 21 days. New recordings or arrangement changes after mix start may require a change order or restart.
Files and delivery
Delivery timing begins after submitted files meet the supplied export requirements. Clients retain responsibility for authorized source material, secure cloud access, correct exports, and backup copies. James Laurent Engineering does not request or store client cloud credentials.
Rollover and recording
One unused song may roll for 30 days only while the subscription remains active. Recording is booked separately at $75 per hour and is not included in monthly retainers.
