James Laurent Engineering uses application details to review fit, communicate about entry, provide accepted services, and protect the application flow. We collect the information you submit, source and campaign parameters, consent choices, security metadata, and—only with permission—measurement identifiers.
How information is used
Application and service data is used for entry review, package recommendations, onboarding, billing coordination, project delivery, transactional messages, support, security, and required recordkeeping. Marketing communication requires separate optional consent.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate applications, billing, transactional email, and optional consent-controlled measurement. Secure client-provided cloud links are stored as references; cloud credentials are never requested.
Control and retention
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing engineering@jameslaurentmusic.com. Some transaction and service records may be retained where required for security, accounting, or legal obligations.
Choices
Essential security operates without advertising cookies. Optional measurement can be declined in the consent prompt. A saved application draft remains on your device until submission, reset, or browser-storage removal.
